When will I receive my order?
Our current processing time is approx 3- 8 weeks, depending on the items ordered. Orders are all shipped as soon as possible but due to high order volume, especially in Sept-January, we are extremely busy since nearly every item we offer requires personal attention in processing. Each order is custom made for you, please allow us the time to make sure everything is perfect for your little prince or princess. After processing time, please add 2-4 days for prioirity shipping or 3-10 days for first class shipping.
Will you let me know when my order ships?
We will send a shipment confirmation through USPS.COM as soon as all priority mail shipments are mailed. First class mail does not have a shipment confirmation at this time.
How do I make sure my childs birthday outfit arrives in time?
On all of our birthday items, there is a box for a "date needed by". Please make sure to let us know when you need the item by filling in this box. We ALWAYS make sure orders are received by the date you enter. Many times, Birthday items need to be rushed. Please follow the instructions below to place a rush birthday order. If items are needed within 14 days of placing an order, a rush charge will apply Our Birthday Dresses & Shirts, rompers and other items for birthdays have an option to rush when placing the order since these items are our most common rush requests. RUSH service does not include shipping! Select PRIORITY mail shipping when you check out when placing a rush order. If you need your item overnighted (this is necessary if the order is placed within 5 days of the date needed by) an additional $25 will be applied to your order, we will email you to confirm this charge before applying it.
Do you offer Gift Wrap Service?
Yes! Just check the box for "Gift Wrap" when you check out.
I placed an order through your site and did not receive a confirmation.
Our website automatically sends out an order confirmation from sandy@littlemistysboutique.com with all of your order details. Some email servers reject our automated emails. Please check your spam or junk mail folders for a confirmation. If you still do not find it please email littlemistys@aol.com to let us know you need a new confirmation.
I have not received a charge to my credit card yet, did you get my order?
We do not charge credit cards until we begin personalizing your order. When your card is charged you will know your order is on our processing line and will be shipped soon. If you place an order and it includes an out of stock item that we must order, the charge may be applied to your card before we place our order.
Can my order be rushed?
We offer rush service for 20% of the subtotal of your order. To place a rush order, place your order online, and in the customer comments section of the checkout enter "Rush order: Needed by" with the date. We will edit your order to reflect the 20% fee (minimum fee $5) , if we are unable to rush your order we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement. This applies to any order with a need by date that is within 2 weeks of the date of the order. Birthday items have a specific drop down box for rush orders, the 20% policy does not apply to these items.
How should the clothing I buy be washed? As with all boutique clothing, please hand wash and hang to dry
How much is Shipping?
Our shipping is based on your cart total.
We offer USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, you can also add insurance if you wish upon checkout. All orders shipped USPS Priority are shipped with a tracking number, and we can not be held responsible for post office mistakes. IF YOU ARE PLACING A RUSH ORDER OR have requested the ORDER WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF PURCHASE YOU MUST SELECT PRIORITY MAIL UPON CHECKOUT. If you do not select priority mail we will have to adjust your total to reflect a priority mail rate. This is to ensure that you get your order on time!
Delivery time does not include the time it takes to process your order! It reflects the time it takes for actual Shipping.
Priority Mail delivery time is 2-4 days, and rates are as follows: up to $24.99 = $5.75 $25 - $49.99 = $6.95 $50-$74.99 = $7.95 $75 + = $9.00
Add $4 for optional postal insurance

Do you ship Internationally? If you are looking to place a large order of $100 or more for an international shipment please email us and we may be able to make shipping arrangments for you. For lesser orders unfortunately, we do NOT offer shipping to International Addresses, including Canada. I am sorry for the inconvience, the trips to the post office are simply too time consuming since these packages can not be picked up from our office. In addition, the shipping cost will be manually added to your order. Please email us for a shipping quote. Free shipping is not applicible to apo or international shipments.
Can I cancel My order? Once you place an order for a personalized product, it can not be cancelled. If by chance the item that your ordered has not been personalized yet, we will allow you to exchange the item for store credit.
Is it safe to check out with my credit card on your site?
We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure that your transactions with us are safe and secure. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit Encryption. This technology ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We understand that some customers are still not comfortable entering credit card info over the internet. In order to give your credit card number over the phone, please place the order online FIRST, but choose check or Money order as your payment type. Then MAKE A NOTE in the customer comments section of the check out to let me know that you would like to give your credit card over the phone and we will call you for the information.
**PLEASE NOTE RETURN POLICY** Orders for any custom, personalized or monogrammed, or special order items may not be cancelled and these items are not returnable or exchangeable. Once an item has been shipped, including non-personalized items, there are no returns. The only exceptions would be if there is a manufacturer defect. Returned or refused orders will not be refunded and are subject to a reshipping charge. Please email us if there is any defect with your merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Any order with a defect must be returned within 7 days of purchase or correspondence resulting in a return.
Due to each order being custom made, occasionally there will be a change in fabrics or trims pictured. As products are discontined and upgraded we will make changes to our items accordingly. Please keep in mind that computer monitors may vary, and the colors that are represented on the screen may appear different in person.
